Ok, Ok… I know it’s Saturday and this is a “Freebies Fridays” feature. I do apologize – Thing is I got snow entered my brain in this snow-storm and it kinda froze everything. I HAD to stay in bed for the last three days to defrost my brain cells.. HAHHAHHAHAHHAHA. Anyway, here’s this week’s “Freebies Fridays” – I give you wooden picture frames.

You know all those lovely artwork you have in-world? And you go: “Hmmmmm, I wish I have some lovely wooden picture frames to go with that”.

Well… Now you do! The textures all have transparencies in them. So you can use it in-world as it is. Or open them up in your paint program like photoshop or gimp, and layer your own artwork before uploading it in-world

Happy New Year everyone!!! May the fleas of a thousand camels NOT infest your armpits this year… ROFL!!!! To start the new year off, I’ve decided to do a regular column called “Freebies Fridays” – Mainly freebies like textures, scripts, builds, artwork etc etc from me which you can use and enjoy in-world. I’ll also feature places in SecondLife where you can get GREAT freebies!!! So, without further ado, I give you sand… Yup!! Good old sand textures you can use in your build.

Some time ago, some friends of friends of elven cousins thrice removed married to some mers asked me for some help with textures. They wanted sand texture for use for the Elven Pride Festival they are organizing.

Now, the problem is – There are sands, AND THERE ARE SANDS!!! Murky sand, quicksand, golden sand, white sand, sand that gets up your… well, you get my drift.

Me: Sand? Sure.. I can do you sand.. like what kinda of sand? I need a little more help here.. helllloooooo
Them: Sand….. Like the spakley ones… You know?

Yeah right!!! That bloody well helped alot!!! hahhahhahah. Anyway, here are some sand textures I created for them. Feel free to use them, and if you do use the textures and like them, you can always send me some Linden$$$ love in-world
